• Computer setup and working

• Scan/Remove Virus and Spyware (Malicious Objects)
• Virus report before and after scan
• Suggestions on how to prevent future Virus/Spyware infections

EXCLUDES:

• Installation of Virus program

• Guarantee that machine will remain virus free

• Customer must purchase a virus protection program or use PC-OLOGY Security Software Suite to ensure they remain virus free
