                                      Residential and Small Business Field Technician
                                             ($20.00-35.00 Hrly — Based on Experience)


Responsibilities: Perform onsite technical diagnostics of customer computer problems, service software issues, detect and perform virus and spyware removal, add and remove hardware as needed, recommend/install upgrades. Must have knowledge of wired/wireless network setup and security. Provide assistance/training to customers. MUST have excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance. Responsible for all assigned paperwork and documentation, must have good organizational/follow up skills. Spanish/English Bilingual is a Major +.


Requirements: Associates Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems; or, an equivalent to completion of two (2) years of college-level course work in mentioned areas of study and 3-4 years recent experience performing the foregoing responsibilities. A+ and Network+ Certifications a Major+.


                                                          Apple/MAC Field Technician
                                            ($20.00-35.00 Hrly — Based on Experience)


Responsibilities: Perform onsite technical diagnostics of customer computer problems, service software issues, add and remove hardware as needed, recommend/install upgrades. Requirements: One or more Apple Certifications (ACTC, ACHDS, ACSA, ACDT, ACPT) and 3-5 years recent experience performing the foregoing responsibilities.


                                                   Corporate Support Field Technician
                                                ($30.00-45.00 Hrly — Based on Experience)


Responsibilities: Perform onsite technical duties. Must have extensive knowledge and experience with server and enterprise class networks and equipment. Active directory knowledge, multi level networking, domain security and permission knowledge, email and web server experience, migration experience, command line scripting. Enterprise wireless solutions and technology experience a plus! MUST have excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance. Responsible for all assigned paperwork and documentation, must have good organizational skills. Spanish/English Bilingual is a Major +.


Requirements: Associates/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems; or, an equivalent to completion of 3 - 4 years of college-level course work in mentioned areas of study. 4-5 years recent experience performing the foregoing responsibilities. A+, Network+, MCP/MCSE, and CCNA/CCNE Certifications a Major+.
